Plot
While celebrating a graduation at a secluded vacation home, a group of college students find themselves targeted by a sadistic killer who forces them to play a deadly game of killing one another in order to survive.
 
Horrorfest Administrator Review
This is a pure horror flick with tons of bloody gore and plenty of edge of your seat moments.  The story is very easy to understand that keeps you guessing who will end up alive in the end.

Kill Theory is the best horror film i have seen in a long time. It’s filled with unpredictable twists and the twist is that everyone is a killer and anyone could kill anyone at any time. The acting is also above average for this kind of film especially Agnes Bruckner ,Taryn Manning,Teddy Dunn and newcomer Ryanne Duzich.
