Plot
A special ops group of ex-military vigilantes are on a massacre mission for mutant flesh eating vampires who contracted a deadly virus and want to take control of all of humanity.
 
Horrorfest Administrator Review
There is plenty of blood and guts in this film, but the camera work goes into too many cut scenes and loses some of the effect.  Seagal is his usual bland and untamed martial artist self, but the other actors pick up the slack for him.

Whenever I see a movie with Steven Seagal in it, I just can’t take him seriously. I really can’t. I just laugh, uncontrollable.
