Another remake that suffers from poor execution. While the movie creates a good atmosphere, it kills itself with forgettable performances and lack of chills found in the original. Definitely not the worst horror film by any means, but certainly not one that you will be dying to watch over and over again. Direct your eyes to the original instead.
